We hate spam too. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your name and email address are stored in the form of a watermark on a backup copy of the book Before and After, in case you should need a duplicate of the book. This information is not used for any other purpose. Information you submit for registration purposes is only used to create your membership account.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Exclusions and Limitations  The information on this web site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

Payment

Major Credit/Debit Cards, and payment Via PayPal accounts are acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are for immediate payment in full. For your convenience, we do not automatically renew memberships at this time. If you wish to renew your membership you may do so my purchasing a new membership once your current membership has ended.

If you have any questions, or problems, please contact support via support@how-to-gimp.com I will gladly issue a refund if you are unhappy. However, please be aware that I will dispute fraudulent credit card charge backs and report them to the United States FBI if necessary.

Buyers found to engage in fraudulent activities will be blocked from future purchases.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations for membership, but we do not automatically renew memberships. If you do not wish to continue your membership for the following year, you don’t need to do anything. However, if you do wish to continue your membership, you may purchase an additional year of membership at the end of your current membership.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. I will offer a refund on a case by case basis. Please contact me with the contact form to initiate a refund request.

Members Only Content

Use of login information to access Members Only Areas of this website is limited to a reasonable number of IP addresses per month (30 days). This is to prevent sharing of login information to non-paying users, particularly, but not limited to sharing login information on forums and blogs. If a user repeatedly goes over the IP address limit, the account may be permanently disabled with no refund.

As stated above, please do not share links to members only content. Members Only areas of the website, and the content in these areas ids for paying members only, during the course of their membership. Any member who is found sharing Members Only Content may have their account deactivated without refund.
